Both true damage, gives some time to deal with large amount of true damage. I personally, don't like this many Damage over Time effects, because most are incredibly similar, with the exceptions of champions like Twitch, who use it as their main damage source. It's also uncanny to have the two newest champions apply bleeding effects. Damage over time. Damage over time (DoT) is a term used to describe a single spell or attack which deals full damage not instantly but over a period of time, dealing a portion of its total damage at regular intervals. Jan 26, 2020 Bleed mods in your tree should come last, you only really need it for the more difficult late game bosses. Try to invest in life and hit points until you reach around a level 80. Late game you are looking for anything that scales with bleed as it is about 80% of your damage. Look for the keywords, bleed, ailments, damage over time, and attack speed.
Item acquisition
The goal is to aim for scaling your bleed damage, while not gimping your hit damage. We do this by using support gems such as Brutality, Ruthless, Melee Phys, Multistrike and Fortify. Deadly Ailments for example, while offering a HUGE more multiplier to your bleeds of 60%, does nothing for your hits, and actually makes them worse.
This item is restricted to areas with the league flag for Delve active. There are additional ways to acquire league-restricted items, see League-specific items for more details. Can only drop in the Azurite Mine.

Spawn Weight Multipliers
Using this fossil multiplies the spawn weights of all modifiers with elemental tags by 0, cold tags by 0, fire tags by 0, lightning tags by 0, bleed tags by 10, and poison tags by 10.

Question about bleed damage over time and damage taken. Is actually bleed double-dipping on damage taken? E.g. if I have monster hit and bleed in pride aura. Which scenario is actually correct?
